A Hunan food processing plant has ordered two sterilization retorts.
Semi-Automatic Computer-Controlled Model
Uses a PLC and text display to process signals from pressure and temperature sensors; supports process recipe storage and offers high control precision (temperature control within ±1°C). Key control parameters include gas injection, exhaust, temperature, and timing, while the cooling phase is manually operated.
Fully Automatic Computer-Controlled Model
The entire process is controlled by a PLC and touchscreen, with support for process recipe storage; operators simply press the start button, and the system runs automatically upon completion. Temperature control precision reaches ±0.5°C. The system achieves full digitization and mechanization, essentially enabling "one-touch" operation (excluding the loading/unloading of goods and the opening/closing of the vessel door).
Fully Automatic Computer-Controlled Model (Remote Control Version)
Building upon the semi-automatic model, this version integrates the main unit with upstream and downstream conveyor lines. It features automatic loading and unloading, automatic vessel door operation, and internal guide rails that automatically extend and retract. The system achieves full digitization and mechanization, supporting remote control and operation, which lays the foundation for unmanned workshop operations. The remote control capability also saves time on after-sales service.
