On June 22, 2018—a day with clear skies—a custom set of rubber stopper
processing equipment ordered by a client in Chongzhou, Sichuan, was
finally shipped after a 40-day production period. The order comprised a
Model 1000 vibrating screen for rubber stoppers, a Model 1000
pre-washing machine, four fully automatic double-layer rubber extraction
tanks (1200 x 5250 mm), a 6-cubic-meter cooling water tank, and four
tanks serving as lye recovery and premixing vessels. Valued at
approximately one million yuan, the equipment was dispatched thanks to
our team's diligent efforts to meet the schedule and the client's
patient anticipation. The successful development of this rubber
sterilization equipment marks our company's entry into a new sector,
following our established presence in the food sterilization industry;
we are confident that we will soon reach new heights of success.
